How do I submit a warranty claim for an American Standard toilet?

First, ensure the toilet is covered under warranty, by confirming our general guidelines such as:


- You are the original owner.
- It was purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor and you have proof of purchase.
- The damage incurred was not the result of things like: in-tank cleaners, installation errors, non-genuine American Standard parts.
- The required component is within the warrantized timeframes.
