Here are general guidelines that validate the warranty:
- You are the original owner.
- The product was purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor and you have proof of purchase. A proof of purchase will be required to replace repair parts and / or replacement product(s).
- The damage was not the result of things like: in-tank cleaners, installation errors, non-genuine American Standard parts, etc..
If these conditions are met, you may contact our support team to submit a claim. The Consumer Connections support team will first identify the model, troubleshoot and determine which repair part(s) will remedy the problem. If the repair part(s) are not covered under warranty, they will offer them to you for purchase or direct you to a nearby authorized retailer.
